The issue that is still occurring is one that we were told to call the office when it happens again since they need to see what is happening. That makes sense so when it does occur we will do as instructed.

Very well managed company. The office efficiently addressed issues- all personnel were extremely kind, very helpful, timely responsive. Maintenance (Willie especially) was timely, friendly and a big part of the overall excellence of the CMC mgt. team
